ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS MEETING
TUESDAY FEBRUARY 9, 2010      7:30pm
SPOUT SPRINGS ELEMENTARY
If you have any thing to put on the agenda for this meeting, you must submit it for reveue to the President no later than 10 days before the meeting.

There are 3 Board positions up for election should a quorum attend, otherwise an open position needs a volunteer.

Any additions or alterations to a home’s exterior, including patios and decks must be submitted to the
Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
You must submit an Architectural Change Form.
The ARC may take up to sixty (60) days to review plans.
Get all the information and forms at the ARC link on the left.

Neighborhood Watch
BLOCK CAPTAINS are needed for our Neighborhood Watch Progam. It's easy to be one, just attend a meeting, read a booklet, and be "on watch". Just send an email with your contact information to ausgesite@yahoo.com.
