THE POOL WILL OPEN MAY 18

THE POOL IS NOW A NON SMOKING AREA.
There will be a designated place away from the pool area for smokers. Please dispose of butts properly.

If you are current on all assessments then you will need a pool pass.This pass will have to be brought each time you come to the pool and be visible. It may be worn on a wrist or ankle or clearly displayed on a beach bag.

Please bring a picture id with your address as verification. If you rent a home, please have the homeowner contact Associated Management Advisory Group at (678) 407-1115 with your information so that we can issue your pass.

POOL TAG PICK UP SCHEDULE
Saturday May 12 10am - 12pm
Monday May 14 7pm - 8pm
Thursday May 17 7pm - 8pm
Saturday May 19 10am - 12pm


There will possibly be a pool monitor to make sure all entering have the pass. This has been required due to the large number of people that now have the code to our pool and use it without paying.
Please be cooperative with those that are working to protect our investment.

Meetings of the Board are open for observation only. If there is time, open discussion of issues may be allowed.
If you have any thing to put on the agenda for this meeting, you must submit it for reveue to the President no later than 10 days before the meeting.

Any additions or alterations to a home’s exterior, including patios and decks must be submitted to the
Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
You must submit an Architectural Change Form.
The ARC may take up to sixty (60) days to review plans.

Neighborhood Watch
BLOCK CAPTAINS are needed for our Neighborhood Watch Progam. It's easy to be one, just attend a meeting, read a booklet, and be "on watch". Just send an email with your contact information to ausgesite@yahoo.com.
