The Board of Directors
of the Highland Park Community Association, Inc.
Invites you to attend the

Please come join us at our Annual Meeting. Three (3) positions on the Board of Directors are up for election. Any homeowner of record in good financial standing wishing to be nominated for an open position on the Board may contact Association Management Advisory Group, Inc. at the address below, by fax at 678-407-1125, or by e-mail at Admin@AssociationMgt.com no later than February 3, 2012, and their name will be placed on the Ballot.

Meetings of the Board are open for observation only. If there is time, open discussion of issues may be allowed.
If you have any thing to put on the agenda for this meeting, you must submit it for reveue to the President no later than 10 days before the meeting.

Any additions or alterations to a home’s exterior, including patios and decks must be submitted to the
Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
You must submit an Architectural Change Form.
The ARC may take up to sixty (60) days to review plans.

Neighborhood Watch
BLOCK CAPTAINS are needed for our Neighborhood Watch Progam. It's easy to be one, just attend a meeting, read a booklet, and be "on watch". Just send an email with your contact information to ausgesite@yahoo.com.
