Highland Park Committees
Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
Any additions or alterations to a home’s exterior, including patios and decks must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). This also includes fences, storage and exterior buildings and driveways. You may not begin work until you have received approval from the ARC. The ARC may take up to sixty (60) days to review plans. Download and then fax the completed Architecural Change Form to Russell Harrigfeld - ARC Chairman for review. Please be as detailed as possible to avoid delays

Social Committee
The underlying mission of the Highland Park Social Committee is to foster a sense of community among the homeowners. (The opposite of community is isolation.)
